Steel Plate

★「鋼板」是將鋼水澆注、冷卻並壓製而成的平板狀鋼材，厚度範圍極廣，是工業與建築中最基礎的結構材料。高強度與高韌性具能承受重載，良好的延展性，易於衝壓、彎曲和拉伸，適合製作複雜形狀的零件。適合結構銲接，部分特種鋼板還具備抗撕裂性能。透過熱處理（如調質）可獲得高耐磨、耐熱和抗變形能力。
▸冷軋鋼板 (SPCC)表面光滑且拉伸延展性極佳，常用於精密加工的機械外殼、內構件。
▸熱軋鋼板 (SPHC)硬度高、耐用，常用於結構鋼材。
▸鍍鋅鋼板 (SECC)具有優異的防鏽耐蝕性能，適合用於家電產品（冰箱、洗衣機外殼）。
▸鎂鋁鋅/鋁鋅鋼板保護力強、防蝕效果極佳，適合作為屋頂材料。

★Steel Plates are flat steel products manufactured by casting, cooling, and rolling molten steel into plate form. Available in a wide range of thicknesses, they are among the most fundamental structural materials used in industrial and construction applications.
Steel plates offer high strength and toughness to withstand heavy loads, while also providing excellent ductility for stamping, bending, and forming complex components. They are well suited for structural welding, and certain specialty steel plates also feature tear resistance. Through heat treatment processes such as quenching and tempering, steel plates can achieve enhanced wear resistance, heat resistance, and deformation resistance.

Features a smooth surface finish and excellent formability, commonly used for precision-machined machine casings and internal components.
